Wait, what? Yeah, I know. This is how I have felt a little less than a year ago, when God had shown me this new opportunity of creating art. Because this is how it all started for me. I wanted to share the good news of the finished work of Jesus in some kind of new way. In a way that is not known yet by many. In a way that teaches me new tools, things, ways to serve others.

You can read more about my first steps into NFTs in my previous posts here and on our blog (link in our bio), but today I wanted to share a little bit more about what God has accomplished in our life in this new territory so far.

Creating an NFT can be scary at first, but thankfully there are plenty of help online if you want to start your journey into creating or owning NFT art. You can also always DM me if you have any questions. I do not say I do have all the answers but I’m pretty sure I can point you to a direction where you’ll find one.

Because the web3 community is nothing what you have experienced before. In a good way. As everyone is a starter and we all build this new way of connecting online together, there are just some who have some more experience than others, but they are happy to share it with anyone.

This is how I got encouraged to restart my business. Because I have found an amazing community of Christian artists who are not just brilliant in what they do, but also have the heart to help and uplift others in ways what I haven’t experienced before.

About 2 months ago, I have listened to a podcast episode by Matt Tomney on his channel @thethrivingchristianartist and had the privilege to get to know an amazing and servant hearted artist @bonniebrooks, who is also an NFT artist and she was specifically asked by Matt to share her vision and experiences about web3 and NFT art and what it can do to help and unite Christians. It was an answered prayer from the first second till the last.

I have written about this before earlier that it was quite scary at first to start anything in this new territory, not to mention Christian art as I haven’t found any other artists who are also interested in this. So when I heard Bonnie talking about her journey it was a reassurance that I’m on the right track. But don’t forget, our first NFTs were minted in April this year and it’s September. I had to wait quite a lot to get the connections what I have now. So I would like to encourage you, who read this. Keep going. Keep holding on to your God given assignment and just persevere. Because answers do come. Because God does hear you. Because He has the best plan. And in His perfect timing He himself will connect the dots and you will be amazed by the picture what the two of you have created together.

More details will follow about where am I now in this, but for now, just let me leave you a couple of verses what kept me going during these long and foggy months.

“But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God’s unfailing love for ever and ever. For what you have done I will always praise you in the presence of your faithful people. And I will hope in your name, for your name is good.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭52:8-9‬ ‭NIV
